Martlets Open Home Schedule with W

The Martlets opened the home portion of their schedule on a sunny day with 10-15 mph winds and temps in the low 50s. Stephen Hamadeh '25 got the ball in his first career start. He battled through 2 innings and left down 1-0. The Martlets sticks would struggle early but eventually they took a 3-1 lead in the third inning and never looked back. Zach Jainchill '25 delivered 3.1 innings of scoreless relief and Wyatt Nadeau '25 provided the go ahead 2 RBI double. Connor Lytle '25 added two hits, 2 steals and great defense. Easton Masse '25 finished off the game on the bump. The birds host Taft on Wednesday on Osborn Field.
