Martlets Fall to Taft
In our final match of the season, the Martlets fell 1-6 to Taft. Many matches were close, and the boys pushed many games to 11-7 and beyond. Seniors Nick Dowling ‘24 and Phil Zhang ‘24 played particularly well on the day. Dowling pushed his match to 4 games and played several good points. Zhang was the lone winner of the day, winning his match in efficient fashion in 3 games. Other martlets including Mark Yang ‘26, Robert Yalda ‘24, Daniel Edwards ‘24, Steven Xie ‘26 and Connor Scollans ‘26 fought hard but lost in 3 games.
