Martlets Shutout Pomfret

The Martlets were on the road again to face off against Pomfret before heading into the winter long weekend. Westminster came out strong and finished the first period with a score of 5-0. Goals were scored by Olivia Gordon, Adrienne Hall, Mya Polastry (2), Talia Ondy. Getting on the scoresheet with assists were Mana Shida, Allysen Whitehead, Caroline Justicz, Olivia Gordon, and Stella Spitz. The game held at 5-0 till midway through the third. Allysen Whitehead and Olivia Emerson put another two goals in, while Caroline Justicz notched her second assist and Pippa Jiranek added her first. Netminders Kate Epke and Julia Matyas held Pomfret to zero goals. The Martlets finished with a 7-0 win.
