Martlets Fall to Loomis
The Martlets made the short trip to Windsor, CT for a matchup against the Pelicans of Loomis Chaffee. From the first puck drop the pace of play was quick with each team working for scoring opportunities. The first period ended with the score locked at 0. During the second period the Pelicans were able to score twice giving them a 2-0 lead heading into the third. In the third period the Martlets found themselves in the penalty box twice. Each time the Pelicans capitalized on their power play. The final score Loomis 4 Westminster 0.
