Martlets Split Tri Match

The Martlets won in decisive fashion against Millbrook in the first of two matches on the day. James Teng ‘26 and Jason Hu ‘24 had the strongest wins, controlling their matches with consistent length and precision. In the second match of the day, Deerfield was the dominant team, committing very few unforced errors and winning with superior pace, precision, and retrieval skills. Hu, Mason Abbate ‘24, Kai Appleton ‘24, David Suit ‘24, and Henry Naylor ‘25 all had competitive games with Abbate coming the closest to breaking up the clean sheet for DA. Naylor did win a game in exhibition and felt he could have won his match, not should have won as Coach Doucette reminded him.
