Martlets Defeat T-P

The Martlets found their locker room and fought off a persistent TP squad. Without their number 2, the Westminster team had to play up a spot. Henry Naylor ‘25, Ben Swift ‘25, and Mason Abbate ‘24 all won in three and gave the team some key early points. Cisco Lilien struggled to find his groove against a strong player. Jason Hu ‘24 played a very skillful player who cut off most of Hu’s crosscourts. Jason ran down a lot of balls and eventually found the back corners enough to pull out a four-game win. Andrew Pang ‘24 had a nice win against a very talented #1 who hit a lot of nicks. Pang stayed steady and volleyed frequently to keep the pressure on.
