Westy Splits Tri-Meet

The Westy boys won their first meet of the season as well as most events today, but lacked some depth to take home both wins in a tri-meet at Hibbard Pool. Without key swims from Matt Gregorski ‘27, Filip Tomic ‘25, and Nolan Styspeck ‘24 adding depth a win would not have been possible.

John Dwyer ‘26 and Sam Hyde ‘25 put up season’s best times and secured the win for the 200 IM. Reggie Kanu ‘25 and Owen Huang ‘24 took first and second in the 50 free. Finally, the relay team of John Dwyer ‘26, Will Larock ‘26, Reggie Kanu ‘25 and Owen Huang ‘24 won the 400 Free Relay.
