Martlets Fall to Eaglebrook
Westminster traveled up to Deerfield, MA to play the Eaglebrook School. The team went in with a good energy, and was excited for the match. Up and down the ladder, the Martlets fought hard against a very strong team from Eaglebrook. Robert Yalda ‘24, Daniel Edwards ‘24, and Connor Scollans ‘26, all played very well to push their matches to the deciding 5th game. Ryan Sohn ‘27, also fought hard to take this third game 11-7 before dropping a very competitive 4th game 9-11. The Martlets acknowledged that they fell to the better team, and left Eaglebrook in good spirits before returning back to the hill for the Winter Formal. The martlets will be back to competition on Saturday January 6th, when we play at home against Berkshire.
