Girls XC Competes at Canterbury
The Girls’ Cross-Country team attended their first invitational at Canterbury School this Saturday. The team energy was fantastic and the girls’ ran the 5k with dedication and heart. Sophia Lazor ‘27 placed 15th in the Division I race, running a phenomenal time of 21:45. Behind her, was Sophie Grace Stevenson ‘25 who ran a personal best time of 24:12. Madison Khuu ‘24 followed closely behind Sophie Grace, running a 24:47. Other finishes for the Westminster Girls’ were Anna Klaplam ‘26 (25:32), Fiona Lawson ‘26 (26:36), and Grace Tyler (33:08). Klapman and Lawson both ran personal bests. The Girls’ have worked incredibly hard this season and are off to an incredible start racing!
