Martlets Fall on the Road

The Martlets traveled today to take on Indian Mountain. As in our first game, we were cold out of the gate. Indian Mountain got a quick lead off an effective half-court press, a few turnovers, and fast break points that put us in a hole. Still, we continued to fight, especially on the defensive end, and we slowed Indian Mountain's momentum once we started to press them ourselves. Despite the solid defense, we struggled on the offensive end, but there were bright spots. Daniel Olaosebikan '26 fought hard in the post for offensive rebounds, and we started to make better passes and space ourselves more effectively in the second half, doubling our offensive output. Finn Hocking '26 and Logan Sun '24 led the offense with three points each.
