Martlets Get a Shutout Win

Marleigh Monroe '24 struck out 15 batters and allowed just three Marianapolis hits to lead Westy Softball to a fourth consecutive win. Cammi Ahern '22 and Olivia Gordon '24 had RBIs for the Martlets. Nicole Smith '23 led off the sixth inning with a single and later scored. Avery Rodeheffer '25 and Catherine Graves '24 made key outfield catches for the Black and Gold. Mia Magriz '25 called a strong game behind the plate. Westminster will next play a Class A Western New England quarterfinal game at Loomis Chaffee on Friday, 5/ 20.
