Great Opening Round
With sunny skies and temperatures in the low 60s at Hop Meadow Country Club, First Boys' Golf began its 2019 season in impressive fashion, shooting an outstanding score of 190 to best Williston-Northampton (206), Salisbury (223) and Suffield (224). Co-captains Justin Flaks '20 and Ned Blanchard ’20 tied for match medalist with matching scores of 36 (+1). Peyton Knauf '19 also had a strong round of 37, followed by Carson Roth '19 (40), Bennett Ostern '21 (41) and Charlie von Stade '21 (43). Overall, it was a great opening round for the Martlets!
