Dual Match Serves Its Purpose

The Second Girls' squad opened the season with a dual match with Taft and Loomis in Watertown. The match was an abbreviated best of three format, and the team returned to competitive form to open the 2018-2019-winter season. In what felt more like a scrimmage, the Martlets dropped the opener to Taft 6-1 while Westminster swept the Pelicans in the second match, 7-0. Westminster will face Millbrook Varsity on Dec. 5.
