The Varsity Boy golfers traveled to Watertown CC to participate in the Founder’s League tournament. The hosts from Taft played a strong round (74.6 average) on this challenging course to claim the title. Once again, the Martlets played a decent round, but gave away lots of shots on unforced errors. Will McCarthy ‘25 led the way for Westminster with a 76 (+4), followed by Brody DiBeneditto ‘26 (78), Reed Ghriskey ‘26 (79), Nick Dowling ‘24 (79), Julien Kocatas ‘26 (85), and Daniel Venture ‘24 (85). The boys conclude their season next Wednesday at the 27-team Kingswood Invitational Tournament at Gillette Ridge GC.
