Headmaster Bill Philip welcomed members of the Westminster community to the winter term awards ceremony March 31 by saying, “We enjoyed a very successful winter term, which concluded with terrific performances on this stage by performing artists.” He then highlighted accomplishments by students, faculty and staff in the visual and performing arts, community service, cultural awareness and literacy, technology, the chapel program, current affairs, school spirit and everyday school life. “Fundamentally, what matters most, in my view, are the moments when we extend ourselves for others without any expectation of recognition,” he said. “Truly all of us — students and faculty alike — are so fortunate to share the extraordinary opportunities at this school.”
