Martlet Alumni Are National Champions

Three Martlet alumni have won national championship titles in the past few weeks. Ahmed Abdel Khalek '12 stormed back from two games down to win the College Squash Association's Men's National Individual Squash Championship. Abdel Khalek, a junior at Bates College, finished the season with a 25-0 record and was featured in Sports Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd" in April. To read more, click here.
 
Sean Orlando '13 and Ethan Holdaway '13 helped power Trinity College's Men's Ice Hockey team to its first DIII National Championship. Orlando scored the first goal in the championship game and Holdaway netted the game winner. Orlando was also named to the Frozen Four All-Tournament Team. Click here to read more.
