Achievements of Fall Term Recognized at Ceremony

Headmaster Bill Philip welcomed students, faculty and parents to the fall term awards ceremony Dec. 4 by saying he hoped everyone enjoyed a refreshing Thanksgiving vacation. “These term-end awards ceremonies feature Mr. Sistare recognizing students for achieving high academic honors, Mr. Joncas recognizing athletes and Mr. Rasheed making an award for Dramat,” he said. “While these students richly deserve this recognition, so much more occurs in our school community during the short interlude of just one term. While I can’t possibly catalog everything, I do want to share some highlights. We have so much to celebrate!” He then recognized students and faculty for their accomplishments and leadership in academics, admissions, athletics, community service, arts, volunteerism and handling transitions. He also acknowledged the nurses, counselors and doctors who work in the Student Health Center for the exceptional care they provide to the school community. “Congratulations, one and all, for a terrific fall term,” he concluded.
