Fall Term Accomplishments Recognized

Headmaster Bill Philip welcomed everyone to the Dec. 5 fall term awards ceremony, where accomplishments across many areas of the campus community were recognized. He began with community service, saying, “Some of these service initiatives were very visible to our school community, some are ongoing, some occur without any fanfare and some responded to a particular incident. Together, though, these instances of service reflect a remarkable commitment to giving back which permeates our school community.” He then cited various instances of service, leadership, sportsmanship and respectfulness, and recognized performing arts achievements and some school publications. “In so many public venues, whether on stage, in print, in athletic competition, through gallery shows or in service with and to others, our school community continues to impress and inspire,” he continued. “Significantly, the stories large and small, whether you are aware of it or not, don’t go unnoticed.” He ended by congratulating everyone on a “terrific fall term.”
