Student Achievements Recognized During Parents’ Weekend

Westminster students were recognized for their academic and performing arts achievements during a concert and awards ceremony Oct. 29 during Parents’ Weekend.
 
“Parents’ Weekend is always an exciting time in the school year,” said Headmaster Bill Philip in welcoming parents to the event in the Werner Centennial Center. “Our 124th school year is off to a terrific start.” He then gave some highlights of the new school year including Community Service Day, Culture Draws, the Friday Night Reading Series, the Westminster Lecture Series and the Westminster Music Series.
 
The Dance Ensemble, the Band, the Jazz Band, the Chamber Choir and the Chorale then performed and the following academic achievements were announced.
