AP Studio Art Portfolios Now Online

Artists in Westminster’s AP Studio Art course have been busy preparing their portfolios for submission in May. There are three portfolios that comprise the total AP "exam": a breadth portfolio, a concentration portfolio and a quality portfolio. The portfolios can now be viewed here on the Westminster Web site. Art teacher John Sandoval created and maintains the course’s site.

AP Studio Art offers young artists the opportunity to develop their work for submission at the national level. Along with submitting work to the AP College Board, AP Studio Art students also submit work to professional galleries. Students travel off-campus during the year to work with live models, view gallery and museum work, and speak with and observe working professional artists.
