Chef’s Fare Celebrates International Food

Darlene Skeels
The Westminster dining hall featured culinary delights from Japan, India, Greece and Spain Feb. 27 in an event called “World’s Fare 2007 Hot Trends.” The event was arranged by Sodexho chefs from Westminster School, Salisbury Academy, Hotchkiss School, Forman School and Miss Porter’s School who each prepared food from a different country and presented it at the Westminster celebration.  Similar events are being held at the other participating schools. Last year, celebrity chefs were featured rather than countries.
