CCLP Helps Place Seven HPHS Students into Prep Schools

DS
The Crossroads Cooperative Learning Program (CCLP) helped place seven Hartford Public High School students into various independent schools for the current academic year. The list of schools includes: The Gunnery, Kent School, Salisbury School, Hyde-Woodstock, and Westminster School.

For the past five years, CCLP, under the leadership of Westminster faculty member Todd Eckerson, has been a part of Westminster’s community service outreach to Harford Public High School. The Crossroads program, an independent non-profit organization, seeks to track and advocate for Hartford Public High School students as they navigate their way toward graduation and beyond.

“CCLP helps students graduate from Hartford Public High School with a plan,” said Eckerson. “Westminster’s active support of an organization like CCLP is a powerful symbol of its commitment to the young people of Hartford.”
