Martlets Shutout Pomfret

In a chilly autumn clash, the Westminster girls JV Field Hockey team delivered an impressive performance against their opponent, clinching a resounding 4-0 victory for their last game of their successful season. This game was a testament to their skills, teamwork, and determination. The game kicked off with a burst of energy. Alex Musser(26), wasted no time in making her presence felt. With a display of skill and precision, she netted the first goal, giving our team an early lead. The first half was marked by relentless action. Paige Herlihy(25) executed a shot from a corner, securing our second goal with precision. Towards the end of the first half, Musser(26) assisted Bella Lilian(27). Musser’s assist enabled Bella to find the back of the net, capping off a fantastic first half. The halftime score was 3-0. The second half introduced Natasha Johnson(27), who marked her season with her first goal as a Martlet!
As the final whistle blew, the Westminster girls JV Field Hockey team celebrated their impressive 4-0 victory and the end of a great season.
