Students Earn National Academic Recognition

Westminster Sixth Formers Alexandra Aiello, Michael Cornish and Jake Szykowny have been named Commended Students in the 2017 National Merit Scholarship Program, a nationwide competition for recognition and awards conducted by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.
 
The three students are among 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation who have been recognized for their exceptional academic promise. They placed among the top five percent of the more than 1.6 million students who entered the 2017 competition by taking the 2015 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
