Greetings from Williams Hill!
Westminster School has long benefited from the generosity of its alumni, who give back in so many meaningful ways. Our school community continues to thrive thanks to the generous financial support and engagement of Westminster alumni who contribute to The Westminster Fund and the Soar Together campaign, return to Williams Hill for reunions and special events, host and attend receptions around the world, encourage others to tour the school with their children or grandchildren, and cheer our teams at home and away athletic contests. With gratitude for your continued interest and support, we are thrilled to share our new partnership with FreeWill. We hope this complimentary service will prove to be a useful resource for many alumni, while helping to sustain Westminster’s tradition of philanthropy.
FreeWill gives you the opportunity to write a legal will online at no cost. A will can help you plan for the future and take care of your loved ones. It is also a meaningful way to support the causes you care about. When asked about his plans, former trustee David Griffith ’72, P’06, ‘10 said, “It’s the last chance I’ll have to tell the world what was important to me.” David is a member of the Thring Society, a group of nearly 300 alumni and friends who have included Westminster in their plans.
Regardless of whether you choose to include the school in your plan, the FreeWill service is yours to create a will, update your will, or provide the framework of a will to an attorney. As with any legal matter, you should seek legal counsel to ensure the will you create meets your needs.
