Couldn't Shake Off the Rust

The Martlets were more than a little rusty after not playing competitive squash for a month and fell to the Berkshire Bears 2-6 in a match played in Sheffield, Mass. Berkshire won three out of four four-game matches and two out of three five-game matches, an indication of just how tight the overall match was. Coach Michael Cervas was pleased with the effort of all of the boys, but too many dubious strategic choices and wild shots doomed the Black & Gold in this contest. Charlie Pappas ’22 gets the "nail" for this match. He really kept his cool in a very entertaining and tight match. Now it's back to the practice courts to work off that rust.
