Trinity-Pawling Edges the Martlets in a Close One
The Martlets fought hard in the first half against an athletic TP squad. The Martlets were able to grab a halftime lead of 30-23. It started with hot shooting from Teddy Mangiarotti '21 and Rafa Charfole '20. TP stormed back in the second half and it was an even battle for the entire second half. The Martlets responded late in the second half with a flurry of threes, however, TP sealed the game with key possessions down the stretch. Mangiarotti led the Martlets in scoring with 29 points. Charfole ended the game with 20 points and eight rebounds. Captain Chris Robinson ’20 had a balanced game with 15 points,10 assists and five rebounds. Joe Walsh '20 and Wylie Clarke '21 both played stellar defense the entire game. The Martlets go on the road to play Deerfield this Saturday!
