Martlets Play Well in Scrimmage

To open the First Boys' Basketball season, the team scrimmaged Hopkins down in New Haven. The Martlets came out of flying. Teddy Mangiarotti '21 came out firing and he hit two threes early. To lead all scorers, Mangiarotti ended the game with 23 points and four assists. His counterpart, Gabe Charleston '21 had 19 points and seven rebounds. Post graduate, Rafa Charfole '20 also chipped in with 12 points and 10 rebounds; he also went 4-5 from three point land. Sixth Form captain Chris Robinson '20 had a solid afternoon with  six points, 10 assists, six rebounds and four steals. Marcello Demerski '23 and Joe Walsh '20 also played well at the point guard spots throughout the scrimmage. The Martlets look to host St. Luke's after the Thanksgiving break for the final scrimmage before the opener against KO.
