Hot Day on the Road

Third Girls’ Soccer arrived to a very sunny and hot field on Sept. 21, losing 4-0. The Suffield girls netted three goals in the first half and were able to tire out the Westminster squad. However, in the second half, despite the heat, the Westminster girls only allowed one more goal. Several players demonstrated some real enthusiasm in the hot conditions: Francesca Bradley '21, Grace Cristini '22 and India Lalor '21. The entire team should also be commended on its great sportsmanship in the second half as team members worked together and still respected their opponent.
