Senior Day Win

Westminster celebrated its six Sixth Former on a beautiful afternoon: Layla Ennis, Jane Ogden, Eliza Polukhin, Ondine Finley, Natalie Fay and Sarah Levine. The Martlets channeled the energy of the day to play some of their best lacrosse this season. The attack controlled momentum from the first draw and took a four-goal lead in the opening minutes of play. Berkshire was able to find success on two of its shots, however, the Martlets fought back to go into the half leading 6-2. The second half was marked by back and forth play and exchanging of goals. Ultimately, the Martlets were able to pull out victorious due to a relentless defensive unit and smart attacking possessions. It was a nice win to commemorate the six Sixth Formers and all that they have done for the team this season. Their leadership and energy will be missed.
