A Good Effort

Though the score suggests otherwise, Westminster actually played really hard today. Though the team’s technique was often poor, its defensive effort was as good as it's been in a long time. Westminster scrapped and competed, forced turnovers, and dove on the floor for loose balls. Bella Tawney '22 led the way with 13 rebounds and four blocks, Sam de Kanter '22 had a great all-around game with six points and nine rebounds. Bethany Winters '20 added six points, and Allison Kijanka '20 came off the bench to add four points.
