Martlet Thirds Still Fighting

Third Boys’ Hockey was at it again, facing off against a Berkshire team that dismantled them 5-2 at the beginning of the year. This time, however, the Martlets certainly gave them more of a fight. A close game all the way through, Berkshire scored the decisive marker off an offensive zone face-off that saw a puck scoot free in front of the net, and ultimately passed goalie Rich Mugler '22, who has been nothing short of outstanding all year. Leading scorer, Willie Noble '20, played through injury to put in a rebound for the sole Westminster tally, and Kendrick Freeman '21 deserves mention for showing a fiery streak that he's kept at bay all year. The Martlets will overcome this tough loss and face Rumsey Hall on Monday.
