A Good Day for the Martlets

Westminster had a convincing win on the road. Eleven of the contests were sweeps for the Martlets, but not all those were easily won. Charlie Pappas '22 had two very exciting and close games to start off his match, winning both by the score of 12-10, before holding his opponent to only four points in the final game. Meanwhile, captain Dinh Truong '19 allowed a mere six total points in winning his match in convincing fashion. The match of the day belonged to Sung Min Cho '22. Up 2-1, he was unable to close out the match in the fourth game, losing a nail-biter 11-9. However, he bounced back in the fifth and decisive game, outlasting his opponent 11-7 and keeping the team shutout intact.
