Every year thousands of alumni, parents and friends generously support Westminster School as an expression of appreciation for the wonderful education they received or as an investment in its future. These gifts ensure this vibrant community will be stronger and more dynamic for the next generation of students.
The quality of an education cannot be measured on tuition alone. Running a school today is far more complex and costly; therefore, philanthropy plays a pivotal role. All gifts received have a direct impact on the educational experience of both students and faculty. Your generosity directly influences the quality of education at Westminster School and provides the margin of excellence that makes today's Westminster experience so special.
My colleagues and I are committed to strengthening alumni and parent connections and your engagement with Westminster. If you haven’t returned to the Hill, I encourage you to do so for a personal visit or during your reunion. Also, please join us at any regional reception.
I'm extremely thrilled to be with Westminster at this time in my career. I've spent the past 23 years in development at other institutions and helped to secure institutional priorities that have strengthened these organizations. It is exciting to return to the place that significantly influenced my life and to have the opportunity to help strengthen this great school for a secure future.
With thanks and best wishes,
Edward W. Probert Jr. ’80, P’16
Assistant Headmaster for Advancement
