Westminster Teams Compete in Spring Tournaments

First Softball
Westminster’s First Softball team played to a spectacular 14-1 record in its regular season and earned a No. 1 seed in the Class A Western New England Softball Tournament that will take place at Westminster May 16 and 17.
 
The Martlets will play their opening game on Saturday, May 16, at 2:30 p.m., against Williston Northampton. The winner of Saturday’s game will play in the championship game on Sunday, May 17, at a time yet to be determined.
 
First Golf
The Martlets of Westminster's First Golf team have been stellar all season, recording an 18-2 record. The team will tee-off in the Founders' League Tournament on Saturday, May 16 at 1:00 p.m., at Taft School.  
 
First Boys' and Girls' Track and Field
The First Track and Field teams will compete in the New England Tournament on Saturday, May 16 at a time yet to be determined. The meet will take place at Williston Northampton.
 
First Girls' Tennis
First Girls' Tennis, coming off of a nice win over Loomis Chaffee, will compete in the quarterfinals of the Class B Tournament against Buckingham Browne & Nichols. The match takes place at the Farmington Valley Raquet Club at 11:30 p.m..
